Restorative Dentistry

Fillings : We offer a variety of tooth colored fillings to restore both anterior and posterior teeth that have been compromised by dental caries.
(Amalgam is still offered as an alternative for those who prefer this age old technique).

Crowns : A restoration which covers the entire clinical crown of a tooth which cannot be restored by other means due to excessive loss of tooth structure or to protect teeth which have undergone root canal treatment. We offer conventional porcelain to metal crowns, all gold crowns and the newer "Captek" crowns which are porcelain to gold crowns fabricated by a capillary infusion technique which results in a highly cosmetic crown which is both extremely esthetic as well as functional.

Root Canal Therapy : The treatment of disease and injuries of the pulpal tissue within the tooth and associated conditions.

EndoSequence : A virtually painless way to perform root canal treatments with little or no post-op sensitivity.

Periodontal Therapy : Maintenance of supporting structures of the teeth and gums. We perform initial periodontal treatment such as scaling and root planing where pocketing is less than 5mm. For advanced gum disease, appropriate referrals are made.

Tooth Replacements :

Implants : "The ideal" replacement for missing teeth. An artificial tooth root is surgically anchored into your jaw to hold a replacement tooth or bridge in place. It is the most conservative way to replace missing teeth as it does not involve drilling or shaving down of adjacent healthy teeth.

Fixed Bridges : A dental appliance that replaces one or more natural teeth by bridging the gap between the two teeth. It is cemented to the abutment teeth (natural teeth which support the bridge).

Partial and Full Dentures : Removable appliances used to replace missing teeth and adjacent tissues.
